Communicator

Geode Communicator is an innovative method for staying in touch with your friends, family and coworkers. Communicator is designed to enable a user to create a rich informative email with just a few clicks. In many cases no typing is required. It does this by virtue of its clean, well thought out design and voice-mail-like functionality called G-VoiceText. G-VoiceText is just like voice mail, but it is attached to your email, so way easier. However, don't let the ease of use fool you. A Geode message, or "Geode", is very informative and can consist of any or all of the following:

A quick touch Spin Dial text message
Current GPS coordinates in Google Maps format in the zoom level appropriate for "Street View"
A G-VoiceText message (like voice mail, but without all the complication)
Standard email text

A Geode can consist of any one, or all of the four components. A simple built in map let's you see what your GPS is currently registering, so when you click the "Geode Me" button, your correct coordinates are captured.

The four main controls on the interface consist of a one touch "Record" button (press it once to start voice recording, a second time to stop); a "Play" button to review your G-VoiceText message; a quick message Spin Dialer to select quick text (this can be customized to contain your own messages); and a "Geode Me!" button to package up all the components in a standard email. The email itself can be preconfigured to make the experience even more effortless.

All of the media components are in a standard format easily viewable/listenable by your recipients and work with all standard smart phones and email systems.

Geode Rotor™ (Service Industry)

Geode Rotor for the Service Industry is an innovative method for tracking assets of interest on a map from anywhere in the world. These could be your trucks, cars or field workers. Rotor not only enables you to know where they are, the user at the other end can send embedded messages and you can track their speed at each beacon point. You can track as many Rotor enabled devices (called "Associates") as you have in your fleet.

To do this, Rotor consists of two elements:

A background beacon function on your iPhone or iPad;
A website for tracking your beacon transmitted coordinates.

Tracking is made possible by Rotor's beacon function which can transmit a message and coordinates to the GeodeMe website on a continuous basis once enabled. The beacon can be set in one-minute increments from 5 to 60 minutes. Once configured, you can turn the beacon function on or off by pressing the blue "Rotor Beacon" button at the bottom middle of the tool bar.

Before using Rotor you should go the Rotor Website and set up a Beacon account. You can do this by going to www.geodeme.com

The Website is where you would go to track your iPhone/iPad or the asset associated with the iPhone/iPad from it's list of built in tracking and mapping functions.
